Shake 30 g of protein powder and 250–300 ml of water or milk well. Adjust the amount of liquids according to your taste depending on the intensity of flavour or the texture of protein shake you enjoy the most.

• Mix the powder with 250–300 ml of water or milk;
• Shake well before use.
