This privacy policy regulates main principles and procedure of the collection, processing and storage of the personal data of electronic store GymON.lt, GymON.eu, GymON.de, GymON.co.uk (hereinafter – GymON or the Website). This privacy policy is applicable to all visitors of GymON and those who register on the Website, place orders, purchase goods, submit inquiries or subscribe to the newsletters.

On the Website, personal data are processed for the purposes of e-commerce, i.e. for the purpose of the conclusion and performance of the agreement, accepting orders and dispatching goods according to your order. This purpose also covers the processing of your personal data when registering on the Website, i.e. the stage of preparation to conclude the agreement. Data for the purpose of e-commerce are stored for three years after the last order or for three years after the registration in case of absence the fact of order, but no longer than the validity of registration.

3.3.Your personal data may be processed for the purpose of direct marketing
